Glaze binder (Peptapon – SCMC)

If you wish to turn a powder glaze into a dipping consistency add 0.5% glaze binder of the total weight to the powder dry materials before adding liquid.

If you wish to make a powder glaze into a brush-on consistency add 2% glaze binder of the total weight to the powder dry materials before adding liquid.

Additions of up to 2% of the dry weight of the glaze increase the viscosity, adhesion and surface hardness of the unfired glaze.

The Gum Solution seal will prevent the colours from smearing while brushing on the glaze.
